captivate display issues

my captivate took a swim a month ago, all that needed fixing was the Sim reader. or so it seemed.
Shortly after repairing that, the display went south. at first it was only slight, a certain shade of gray would appear red, then it would go away and come back at random intervals.
yesterday after taking it apart to fix a headjack issue it became very bad, and I can hardly read what's.on the screen, all the colors are off.
my question is if anyone has ran into this problem before? its not the sscreen, it has to be something to do with the mother board. any suggestions?

um, well the Galaxies are known to have burn in problems, but this does not seem like your problem. Definitely sounds like a connection internal issue.
