Specs Question

I know most of the specs have been announced, but was there a mention of whether it had the new Micro Sim or regular Sim?

I'm pretty sure it's just a regular sim since the international is.
But the thing I want to know is if the 16 GB sd card cap is a hardware or software limitation

Android 2.1 can only format 16GB card appropriately, but can read 32GB. You can format it on your computer (Fat32) and make a 32GB readable. I wouldn't recommend this as the 32GB are slow and expensive.

Can someone please clarify for me: Does the 16 gb that it comes with mean it has a 16 gb card included with it or does it mean it has 16 gb built in and you can add an additional 16 gb card besides that? Thanks! I'm so excited for this phone!

That 16 gig is on board and not a memory card. There is a slot for a memory card but Samsung does not include one.
