How do you get five icons in the little launcher bar and the bottom?

Its part of LauncherPro. I think it came with 5 icons by default.

That is cool.
It also gives you five vertical positions on the homescreen as well, as opposed to the standard 4.

Whats the weather app called? Right now I'm using the Daily Brief and even though I resized it I can have anything else on the page it drives me crazy

No problem,

Your going to have to Root your Captivate and then modify a file to allow outside source applications to be installed (since AT&T locked that out). After all that, you just basically google it and download straight on your phone. It will install and your good to go. I havent checked here but there are how-to's on the XDA forums if you are looking into doing that.

This is just using the "app" called launcher Pro. Just install it and mess with the preferences, super easy!
