When I try to upload pictures from my Gallery (Camera) to Picasa it returns a error message saying failed to retrieve account information. I am successfully synced with my goggle account and can download pictures from picasa in my gallery, just no upload them. This occurs on 3G and Wifi. Anyone else having this problem or have a fix for it? Thanks

The only problem I've had (Over both wifi and 3g) is that it takes several tries with each photo to get the job done. The progress bar shows it uploading but then I'll get a connection error with a message telling me that it'll try the upload again in one minute. Eventually, it makes it's way up.

I have same problem. I tryed all workaround founx in many forums, but I'm giving up. As i could know, its a common trouble, not yet solved. Hope google do somthing to fix this.

Same problem here with my One X. Can download fine to the gallery, but I get the same "Failed to Retrieve Account Information" as you when trying to upload to Picasa.

It worked for my fine when the phone was out of the box, but it appears some update along the way screwed everything up. If I completely reset the phone, the upload functionality returns, but then quickly disappears after the phone updates.....
