HELP! Removing Widgets from Home Screen

I have tried EVERYTHING. I accidently added:
wifi widget
brightness widget
bluetooth
a total of 5 in one grey bar thats ruining the look of my home screen. I'd love to move these elsewhere. I checked the manual, but I need help. I tried edit, thats NO help. thanks

Press the bar and hold it down for several seconds that will allow you to move the widget, then move it in the direction of the home screen page you would like to move it to

or hold it down and drag it to the bottom of the screen if you want to remove it all together , you will see a garbage can and it will turn red, just drop it in and it will be gone
