Anybody downloaded NFS Shift?
I saw NFS: Shift was only a dollar and I was about to download the app, when I read some of the reviews. Does anyone with a Captivate have it yet. I was reading about freezes and shut downs on some of the Galaxy S phones. Plus, the download time goes past the window of getting a refund. Yeah, it's only a dollar, but I'd rather not waste my time if it won't play. BTW, my system is currently 2.1 and non-rooted. Many thanks in advance.

I downloaded it without issue and played it for about 5 minutes without issue. All on my Captivate over WiFi.

yes, got and downloaded.. lots of fun and if it gets to easy you can take off various assists, many camera views, tilt sensitivity.. everything you could want. great game. i even factory reset and reinstalled no problems.. worth every cent

Trying right now, lots of reviews say it doesn't play on the Captivate and with the new market 15 min refund time I am pressing to find out. Only a buck though for Christmas so I can't complain.
Works on my Captivate so I am not sure why all the negative reviews from SGS owners? Seems pretty cool and a very good alternative to Asphalt5.Last edited by flashman; 12-23-2010 at 03:29 PM.

Ok, let me get this straight... you guys bought this game for $.99, and I got it for a lot more from the Android Market. (I'm using a HTC EVO).
Download took like seconds on my 4g connection. - 12-23-2010, 03:59 PM #7

I bought the game this morning, downloaded via 3G the 98 MB file for the game to run, runs perfectly. I am running Cognition 2.3b8 if that helps!
