Help for Crazy Snowboard

I recently downloaded this game and every time I load to play, it reads that I have an outdated firmware and it may cause problems and it does react funny and sometimes quits or doesn't have controls for the game. My current firmware shows 2.1 and update 1. I went to Kies and the phone update on AT & T but seems there's no recent updates to be had. Can you help me to know if I have the current firmware and if I'm doing something wrong? Sorry if this is such a stupid question but frustrated at the results for this game but really do enjoy playing it.
