Running Apps & Battery Drain After Froyo Update

I'm coming to you from over in the Atrix forums posting a question for my brother.

He just updated his Cappie to Froyo yesterday and noticed this morning that his battery had drained down more than it normally does. In looking for the reason for the drain he noticed that he had a lot more apps opened up in the task manager than normal.

Has anyone else noticed this? ATK needed?

Please search the forum here for "bump charging", and battery recalibration (although really you're just resetting the battery stats file on the phone).

If he upgraded with a less-than-full battery, it's possible that the reported charge % is not correct.

If he does nothing, it'll fix its-self over time, as he goes through charging cycles.
