Default Should I defrag my Captivate?

I plugged my captivate in and ran an analyze on it. It is unbelievably fragmented. But should I do this? Will it hurt my phone? I haven't noticed any slow downs at all. I have froyo and it is working wonderfully. But I am concerned that it will stop working if I don't defrag. Just a yes or no really. (if it matters I am running XP)

    Which phone?

    Default

Solid State memory always looks extremely frag'd on a standard defrag tool. Leave it alone, it's fine.
