    Default For the "Back Ordered" Best buy deal

    I called Best Buy mobile and waited about 5 minutes on hold (robot said it would be over 20 minutes) and spoke with a rep there who told me that they were backordered and they had no idea when it would be shipped. I told him that when I ordered it, the email said it would be here on the 12 or 13th. I asked if I could do a store pickup, and the store nearest me has a couple. So he switched my order to store pickup. Now I'm just waiting for the store to acknowledge the pick up via email. Thought I would share though. It may be worth it to call them if you ordered a phone on the best buy site with the promotional deal.

    Just got back. Store had it, I picked it up. Now I'll spend the next month trying to figure Andriod out. I'm an iphone convert.
