Apps for Galaxy Note 2

Okay I now basically have my Note 2 set up the way I like it. I was going to download soonr scribble which is suppose to do things like crop images from the internet & stuff like that. Trouble was when I went to install it I was told it wasn't compatible with my device.

Does that have something to do with the multitasking aspect that at&t has not sent out the update for yet? Is there another app that might do the same thing? Thanks in advance. :)

Doesn't the S pen work for you? Cause it'll do this exact same thing by holding the button on it down and drawing a circle around the image.

It does now that I know about it. I've dogeareddone tutorial videos on you tube. Perhaps I should watch them. :what:
