Maybe if you select the Menu while on that screen?
From what I could tell, all it does is make it smaller, which makes it easier with one hand. But I don't believe it's active like the other options.

If you have a 'pattern' to unlock and then turn on on one-handed, the grid gets smaller and moves to one side.

The lock screen resize is kinda a misnomer. The resizing only works if you have a lock screen pattern set. The pattern being a series of dots that you trace a predetermined line on. Like playing connect the dots.Quote:
