This just started tonight, background info: stock AT&T note 2, not rooted, no custom roms, no launchers. As I'm sitting here reading the forums on AC when my phone goes to sleep I swipe the lock screen (no lock is applied, just the swipe screen) I see the ripple effect as normal but I have to try it like 4 times to unlock the screen. Anyone else ever see this?
