My father got his late last week and a friend of mine a few days before that. Its completely random. I read they do 10% at a time so they dont overload the networks.
By10% I mean of the the phones that need the update.

You can manually do it if you don't want to wait on the update..

Multi view updated Dec 27th is the forum you can look up on here.. I got it from there and it's easy to do..

Can't you just change the date of your phone to 3/19/2013 and it will do it? That's what I did

I heard At&t that they disabled.. Don't know if that's true but, when I changed the clock it gave me like 3000 hours.. Other people gave me instructions on doing it myself and it works great..
