Mostly ATT people here, best to ask this in the Note 2 forum http://forums.androidcentral.com/t-galaxy-note-2/ where it'll be seen by more people with other carriers.

I think you still got the ATT forum there; http://forums.androidcentral.com/samsung-galaxy-note-2/ is the main forum... (OP; or you could always just use the forum navigation bar.) But OP; so far, it looks like that is the case.
