When I go to certain websites example; "XDA" forums, when the page loads, the text is ultra small, the page does not format correctly. You have to pinch zoom to be able to read it.
Is this a bug in 4.1.2?
Not all sites will do this.It doesnt matter if your Portrait or Landcape mode.

I think it is the site. If it doesn't have a mobile site, then the font will look small on the Note II screen when it is trying to fit the whole page width.

Yeah its usually a website issue. If youre using chrome you can set text scaling up to 200% which is pretty huge.

    If using the Samsung browser:

Go into the browser settings under advanced, page content, default view and select close or medium. It depends on how you like the page to look.

That's xda set to close on mine.

Tried that. Far, Medium, Close, ... no difference on XDA site.

Ah! Go into the settings again, but under accessibility. Check the "force zoom" box.
