    Default Text and call problems

    Recently I have found that I will occasionally stop getting both text and calls. It seems to be at random times and will last for about 2 hours. When things start coming in to the phone again I get a flood of messages. The interesting thing is the timestamps are from when the message should have been received. Anyone else having this problem? Any ideas? Btw, I am in a very good signal area so that wouldn't be the cause.

    Anyone having this problem? Or know what could be the cause? Dont want to call customer service if I can avoid it.

    My wife had that problem. she went and had them change out the sim card. also it could be the tower close to you being upgraded.

    Are you running any power savings app like Juice Defender? They sometimes stop syncing for a period of time.

    I'm being told that they lit up LTE too soon so the towers are being updated which is causing this.
