Page formatting or "Framing Issue"

Hello,
Periodically my GN2 will not format the page correctly in Portrait view. If you would divide the display into vertical thirds, the page will occupy the left 1/3 of the page. If you double tap the text or screen it will fill out completely or then occupy the whole display. Also sometimes when you go to the the text is so smalll you can barely read it so you have to go landscape and manually zoom the window.
I believe I read something about this on XDA. Unfortunately I didn't bookmarkn It and now I cant find it.
Is anyone else aware of this and the have they found the cause and a fix yet?

Dolphin Browser will automatically or has an option to fit text to screen even when zooming in. Try that app.

My GS3 sleeps in the bed and I make my girlfriend sleep on the couch

My Soul Mate sleeps in the Dog House and my Galaxy Note 2 sleeps in my bed.
