I read that it should work for upgrades as well but may not work due premier.

Been following the forum for a while. I have an AT&T Premier account and took advantage of the Refubished Note 2 for $0.99 special. Got 2 of them since the lines were eligible for upgrades. There's been an ongoing discussion on Slick Deals about this since last night.

I happened to check ATT's website this morning looking to add a line to my family account and saw the same thing. Snatched it up and can't wait for it to get here!

Must be only Premier or the offer has expired -- it now shows (at least for me) $199 for the refurbished via an upgrade.

EDIT: I actually qualify through my work as a Premier user, but since I've had a consumer account since prehistoric times, I can't create a Premier account -- I'm told that consumer accounts can't be accessed via the Premier Online Care Web site. I should probably call and clear this up one of these days.
