When you double click on it it opened a small rectangular box with black background, and in the app tray, I have another icon that says Mobile Hotspot and looks different. Im not sure your correct about the one in the pict I have with the original question about it.

The icon you are showing me is in my app tray. Look at my attachment.. it has a round black dish...not the same. It does have a wifi symbol on the phone, but it sits on a black dish..could it be smart wifi?

its mobile Hotspot in a Folder.
if you hold down the home screen a menu will pop up, select folder, then name it whatever you want, then hold down an app on the homescreen and drag it into the folder, it will then float ontop of the disk

The black "dish" indicates a folder... select that and it'll open a "box" showing the apps in said folder. In this case the app being Mobile Hotspot.

Nothing its just a shortcut. Its still in your app drawer. If you want it back on the home screen find it in your app drawer long press it and place it on your home screen.

To make a folder, long press on the home screen and choose "Folder" under "Add to homescreen". Then drag the apps you want to the folder as mentioned above.
    Error
