Sending videos through mms

So I have a question, normally on all of my old phones I was able to select a video and send it through mms and if ur was too long. It would allow me to cut a clip out of the video of what I wanted to send out. Unfortunately I cannot do that with my note 2, or at least I have not been able too. I know I can record a mms message and send it that way but what if I already recorded something and then want to send it. I hope I made sense and appreciate the feedback

MMS is terribly limiting on video. Email it, or put it on youtube and mail the link. You can also put it in your dropbox and SMS the link.
