FYI, after I upgraded my phone and afterwards it would not ring for incoming calls. I finally took it to the GeekSquad at Best Buy and after playing with it for almost an hour, they did a factory reset. Prior to the reset they ran the google backup. After the phone was reset, I found that the google backup did not work and I lost most of my contact information. Luckily I had an old backup from July via Kies that restored all of my contacts and app info. BEWARE....BACK UP your data with an app that is not GOOGLE
