4.2.2. On note 8 screwed my device and required a factory reset to make it work right. I suggest everyone backup via kies and google/samsung cloud for your snotes and such. After you update to 4.3 pull your sd card if you have one and then do a factory reset. This should aleviate any future problems you may have.
A factory reset will not downgrade your phone back to any lower of android version then you already have. Once the reset is complete restore your files via kies and the cloud. Have a nice day!
