Odd issue

I am having an odd issue that hasn't happened before. I have a folder made and everytime I try to rearrange the icons inside the folder, it wont. If I try multiple times I eventually get a notice that "touchwiz home" has stopped.

I am not rooted and am up to date on my ota updates.

Anyone have this issue or a fix for it?

Sounds like a pretty weird software issue. I assume you've tried restarting?

Yea I have restarted. Haven't done a battery pull yet.

Create another folder and see if it still occurs?

Occurred in other folders before restart. After restart the error about touchwiz has gone away. Now im just having an issue with the folder sorting itself. When I move an app inside the folder it displaces the row of apps instead of swapping the location of app a with app b.

Sorry for being vague but I know I could directly swap app locations inside a folder without changing the order of the other apps inside the same folder.

Did they add sorting?

I have a similiar issue where a blank spot appears in a folder. If I try to place an app there it appears as if it is a place holder for an existing app and will not me rearrange apps
