Dedicated shortcut buttons?

Does anyone know if you can change the dedicated shortcut buttons at the bottom of the screen? I was a little disappointed I can't do this on my skyrocket.

You can on the note as well as on your skyrocket. It's a standard features of touchwiz. The only one you can not change is the one that opens the app tray.

Simply click on the app tray shortcut, click menu, select switch to customizable grid, then edit. You can now drag whatever icons you want down there.

You can switch back to an alphabetical grid or list after you modify your shortcuts.
