I only found one instance of this occurring and it was with the IMDB app. Well it also happened with an app I use called Money Owl.
The developer thought it only had two options 'en-us' for US or 'en-uk' for England but the Note was sending just 'en' and his app didn't allot for that.
My phone was defaulted to Deutsch and therefore sent just the 'en'
Once I changed it to English it worked just fine.
I didn't have the app for a week and it was pretty frustrating so hopefully this helps someone.
So as a preemptive measure you can go in and change your language if it defaulted to Deutsch. Not sure why it did that?
