I'm doing some research on the Galaxy Note that I will be getting my wife in a bit when our upgrade is available and wondering if you folks can tell me if there is a way to not have the ability to swipe to the left or the right from the home screen. She prefers just to hit the menu icon if she wants to get to an application that is not on the home screen....

ya you can add and delete how many pages you have. So delete all of them but one.
