    Default browser to homescreen lag

does anyone else have the issue of when exiting stock browser fo homescreens there is a 3 to 4 second lag to reload all apps on homescreen? Happens frequently. But everything else is good and fast. I see that when i power down and restart it goes away for while. Hope ics helps. Bit annoying but super phone otherwise.

Just a wild guess from my windows experience. Putting the app icons can be painfully slow. The OS sends a message to each app on the screen that says, "paint your icon". To save time, they keep the whole screen in a cache. Either the cache is overwritten by the browser or invalidated, in my opinion. It could also be that your running apps are using a lot of memory and squeezing cache..

I don't have any lag at all going to homescreen from browser or any apps. May be you have live wallpaper or some widgets that take time to load during screen transition.

No lag here with homescreens full of icons - no widgets though.
