Super laggy, please help...
My phone has been very laggy since I got it but my friend has a Note and it isn't laggy. Is this just a fluke? I flashed the ICS leak but have since gone back to stock and it is just unbearable now. Anyone else? Could this be the download of the stock ROM or ICS leak? Sent please help!

You may need to do a hard reset. My first Note was definitely a bit laggier than my girlfriend's Note.
I just actually did an ODIN flash back to stock and the phone was extremely smooth afterwards.

Root it and flash a custom Rom promblem solved

Ha which customers ROM is best? I don't like the way saurom looks but never tried it because when I flashed it my phone wouldn't find service
