Ya think? When Amazon dropped the price on the Note they also dropped it on the Skyrocket from $79.99 to $69.99. A day later they dropped it again to $59.99. In some ways, I have a suspicion we're not done seeing price drops at least on the Skyrocket. But who knows.. the Note might drop to $150! Stranger things have happened.. Muahahahahaaa..

If I buy it at $199 it will drop to $150 a week later. If I wait for it to drop to $150 it will stay at $199! Murphys Law.....

It won't matter what price you buy at, I can almost guarantee that you will not have buyers remorse.

For us early adopters who paid full price, surely we would have enjoyed these discounted prices.

However, despite myself paying $650 on day one, I do not regret it one bit. If you can this device for $199 (albeit on contract for two years) my advice would be "Just Do It"!

It's also down to $249 at AT&T and $199 at Costco as well, and I also noticed that the "exclusively at AT&T" branding is no longer on the AT&T site. Hopefully this all means that it will finally be coming soon to other carriers, Verizon in particular.

Bought my Note at Costco on Saturday for $199 (from the Wireless Associates booth inside). They had to ship it and it should come in tomorrow. My GS2 seems a little sad, but I am excited about a new toy. It seems like if people like the Note then they REALLY like it.

You pay a fee. I did it 18 months into a two year contract and an the upgrade fee was $36. I started over with new 2 year contract(the $36 was to buy out the old contract).

The reason for limited exclusivity is that T-Mobile is now getting the Note. VZW is not getting the Note, but an htc version coming in the summer. I think LG is releasing something right now, but is limited to the asian market right now.
