internet and downloading not working

ok i have a rooted gnote on att running latest flapp rom uclf6. the phone works fine but the internet and downloading are not working but some times it will work. its been like this for two weeks or so. what could be the problem. I've tried other roms and still the same thing. you think my phone has kicked the bucket. tried new apn's and no help.

Ello mate!

When I first got my note I was experiencing similar issues. My phone would lose it's 4g signal for more than 30 minutes at a time and it got really frustrating. I installed different roms and that seemed to fix the problem. I am now back on the stock rom and I haven't experienced any problems. I will suggest for you to back up your files and do a factory restore and if that does not work then try installing another rom. Some time has passed since you posted this so I am hoping that your issue has been resolved
