I have had a Samsung Note since Dec 2011. People have sent many pictures to it via text messages. Sometimes they don't reach my phone, and other times they reach my phone but can't be displayed. My question: Since the phone doesn't have a feature built-in to properly receive and display photos via texting, can it be reprogrammed in some way to do that? It's such an expensive phone, I don't understand why such an important feature wasn't built-in. I hope someone can explain how to modify it so I can see pictures sent to it.

It is built in on mine. The mms server settings in your apn may be missing or wrong.
