please help

gnote will not connect to computer the phone is stock on 2.3.6 but it will not connect to kies or odin the computer doesn't recognize when i plug in my phone just says mtp connection and i have already hit usb. debugging what can i do to get it to recognise my phone

do a factory reset.. :-)

Do not turn on USB Debugging. There open Settings. There under Data Usage is another option. Click that. Click on USB and select to hook up as a storage device. Then connect the USB Cable and click Ok. It will then connect as a storage device.
