Automateit Pro, Asking for Reboot every time

My wife's note i717 is running the stock rom but rooted. Installed Automateit Pro and it asks for reboot. I reboot and when I access it again same mess pops up. According to the faq on the developer website you need to install busybox and it will fix the problem. I installed busybox and let it do the smart install since that way is recommended. I try Automateit and it still asks for reboot. Am I missing something in the install of bb? Am I supposed to manually configure something.? Any help is appreciated. Thanks

That sounds strange. I've used AutomateIt Pro on the S3 and now Note 2. Am rooted and don't recall either busy box or reboot requirements. May want to contact the developer.

Guess I will do that next. I run it on my rooted and rom'd s2 i777 and it didn't ask me for that either. But on her note it did. Seems like it's when I have rule to auto enable gps when maps open and disable when off. If I don't have that rule it didn't do that.
