my play srore cant be open please help

my play store cant be open and remote control is off and i want to get it on again but i dont know haw
i cant find any update
please help

Do you get an error message or it just doesn't open when you press the icon? Have you tried clearing the cache maybe?

I just saw another thread suggesting you go to settings, them apps, then all apps then enable download manager sorry if it's not the same problem but it's worth checking out seems a lot of Samsung users are having this pribkem

Menu- settings- apps- all apps- Google Play Store- then clear cache, clear data, force stop. Then go back and attempt to reopen.
