    Default ATT online not working?

    Tried to upgrade my line but website doesn't allow me to add the phone to cart. Anyone else have this problem?
    Motorola Xoom
    Samsung Galaxy Tab
    iPhone4
    Samsung Galaxy S II

    I can add it but I have to pay $199 (the price of a new line) even if I am eligible for discounted upgrade. What is going on?

    I've had this happen in the past, after calling AT&T and explaining the problem they were nice enough to do all the online discounts and let me pick the phone up at our local AT&T Store... Give them a call
