att FAIL best buy awesome

2 days ago called att and best buy, both said they have phones in stock and will sell on sunday

i go to att today right as it opened, 3rd in line, 2nd person asking for galaxy

they come back after like 10 minutes saying NONE of the att stores have it wtf? i called n they said they have it lol

went to buy buy right after and got it for a total of 261 or so last one left, at 10:15 or so, opened at 10

charging phone right now but to any one buying one today, id suggest you go to best buy first

What all did you get with it...I got mine from BestBuy for $209. (5% sales tax).

And I was the first GS2 they sold. First person asking about it too

. Then when I did, somebody else came up behind me and got another one.

it was like +15 for osmething i didnt see and 45 or so for tax on phone they pay

Yeah AT&T told me today that their stores here won't be carrying it. WTF!? I was just looking for a case haha. I got it at best buy at 10am when they opened, but I really wish I knew of a retail location that has cases for it.

where is a good location to buy cases online, i didn't intend on buying one until i saw how fragile it feels in my hands

i prefer amazon but anything else? i want a case that doesnt add any bulkyness, this phone is longer than i thought :< kinda wish i waited for the iphone 5 but well see...i am liking the android OS

Just got mine at Best Buy...and they priced matched Amazon so it was $150 + tax!

They said they only had one extra phone after all the pre-orders were filled.

i called my local att store on friday to ask if they can hold me one and they did, i was not eligible for an upgrade so i was expecting to pay 599. They had issues getting the price and i ended up paying 549.99 plus tax, but they charged me 199.99 for the phone and gave me the difference in accessories, i got a jawbone speaker thing, a blue tooth headst (jawbone) 16gb micro sd card, car charger, and car blue tooth handfree, i made out like an EFFING bandit, got all that stuff for LESS than retail of the phone!!!!! im super excited, just need to root this thing!!

needless to say i dont need or want any of the stuff i got or free, but im sure someone in my family could, or ill go to another ATT and return all the stuff and would have gotten my phone for 199 without upgrade!

Nice, my local BB would not price match. Plus, they had none on display, only boxed. And would not power one up so I could look at, etc. Plus the girl was basically and *****.

Anyway went across the street to ATT had one in 20 minutes, and kept my unlimited data and corp discount. Paid $200 instead of $150 but worth it I think for the reasons above plus in hand now

i had the exact opposite. i called and visited best buy here and they stated they would have them today. walked in when they opened and NOTHING! luckily the att retail store had them a few minutes away. siiiiigh

My Best Buy price matched Wal-Mart. In and out in a short period of time. No accessories, though, which is a FAIL.

Yeah called all local att store around a 15 mile radius, none have it!!! 2 best buys around the area both had one stock each......snagged one and my mom is happy to switch from the iphone4 to android. And what way to start her android revelation with none other than the s2.

Hahaha I know! I'm always getting screwed one way or another by stores so it was nice to actually have something good happen for once.

Best Buy price matched walmart for me so I got mine for $164.99 plus I had $35 in reward zone certificates so $145 out the door after tax. (I live in Arizona)
