Default Anyone try an international Galaxy S II case on an AT&T version?

Anyone try an international Galaxy S II case on an AT&T version? Is it too tight? I'm thinking of getting the Otterbox Commuter, which is available only for the international version.

Also, I want to cover the lens and flash with a Zagg invisible shield. What do you guys think about that? I'm used to a belt holster that covers the lens when it's holstered. I like that kinda protection. The lens on my iPhone 3GS is still new!

I've tried a cheap mesh case off ebay - it's not a good fit...the edges won't properly wrap around the sides. I would avoid international cases since this phone is ever-so-slightly thicker.

TPU / Gel cases might be ok since they give a lil, but I would definitely avoid any snug, custom-fitted hard cases unless it specifically states it's for AT&T GS2 and maybe has a picture of the phone in the case.

I purchased the AGF Soft Shell w/leather insert when I purchased my SGS II. They were both purchased at an AT&T Corp store. I am fairly certain that this case was originally designed for an international SGS II. The case is extremely tight fitting. I didn't think it would even fit at first. I had to massage the outer lip over the front of the phone. There are also two different holes for the noise cancelling mic.

I am actually glad the fit is so tight. This case feels like it is part of the phone and not an add on.

I'm guessing the verdict is not out about international cases on the Attain.

But what do you guys think of protecting the lens/flash with an invisible shield or equivalent? Will that affect picture/video taking much?

So, I just thought I would post some pics of the case I bought with my SGS II. This was sold directly by an AT&T Corp store. It is obviously a case originally designed for the internation version. You can see in the last pic that the original hole is still there and there is a second hole to accomodate the AT&T mic position.

Did you ever figure out what to do? Not really diggin the leather case the AT&T store had (the only one they had). I'm looking at a Case Mate, but all the pics online show it on an international SGS...I tried calling Samsung support (they told me to call Amazon...?) and the AT&T store (couldn't get through), so... I'm kind of at a loss.

I bought the same, and experienced the same, very tight at first. But, it loosens up a bit with use. Not enough to feel loose or anything, just a little bit easier to get on an off. It's a nice, classy case, and provides good shock protection I think as well as a raised lip for screen protection. Not the cheapest, but I like it.

Other than the fact I have to take it off nighly when I put my phone in the dock. That's what loosens it up a bit .

I'm hoping the Seidio Capture case will work for me...

    Hi guys,
I bought both of the leather holster cases that ATT recommended for the GS2 and none of them fit. You could squeeze the phone in but the case did not close. Returned them. I am getting used to the case mate. Would not mind though having a decent leather pouch like I had it for my BB.
