Questions about the pic Gallery, videos, etc

OK...So I loaded my SD card with a bunch of music, and now when I open the Gallery, theres a bunch of Album Art as stand alone pic files...really annoying. Is there any way to hide these or put them all in a folder so its not so unorganized?

Next...when I take a video with the video recorder, it puts the videos in with my pictures in the "Camera" folder in the gallery...How can I set my phone to put videos in a separate VIDEO folder than my pics?

Oh yeah...Im running stock OS and phone is NOT rooted.

If the album art is named "folder.jpg" then it won't show up in the gallery.

I'm not sure if there's a way to change where videos are stored with the native camera app. Maybe a third-party video app has options for that?
