At&t Galaxy SII - Touch Key Light Question

Hello, I noticed on my device when I hit the power button to wake the phone the touch key buttons on the front blink once before fully illuminating. Does anyone else notice this on their device? I'm wondering if it is normal or a small defect. It isn't a huge problem but definitely noticeable especially in dark settings. Thanks for your help!

Mine does that too. Never noticed until now.

Yeah, I didn't notice it either at first. Do you use the app WidgetLocker or anything? I thought that could be it but I uninstalled the app and it didn't fix it. Maybe it's just normal for the phone?

I don't have WidgetLocker or anything else installed that would impact this, I think it's just part of the normal operation, right or not.

FWIW, mine don't illuminate at all when I tap the lock button to wake the phone. And I do have WidgetLocker installed.

I can't replicate the problem. I don't know if that is why, but I am on the UnNamed ROM.

I am not rooted but mine does it too. It is so quick I would not have noticed it until it was mentioned. May just be a quirk with the phone.

I have WL installed and just noticed it. It's so fast it's hard to see, but it's there. It must be a little glitch. Hope that's the worst one I find
