Deciding on the GSII or the skyrocket. I like the smaller 4.3 screen better pocket ability.

Just curious whag data speeds with hspa+ everyone is getting.
I read some posts that people were not getting above 3 mbps.

Just curious.

A lot is going to depend on your location. I routinely get between 6-10 down and 2-4 up here in Chicago.

I generally get around 3 down and 1 up. The fastest I've seen in my area (san diego) on my phone is 7 down and 1.5 up. Plenty fast for my needs. I'm usually pretty close to WiFi if I need to do some more serious downloading.

No higher than 3 down. My iPhone 3G was faster on the same network, in the same location.

But whatever. It's a phone. I have no problem doing what I need to do on my phone with a 3 MB connection.

During the day I get between 1 and 3 down. No more then 2 up. In the middle of the night I can get up to about 4 or more. Seems quick for a phone to me, so I'm not really complaining.

2-4 down and 1-2 up.

Wifes Atrix 2 averages 3-5 down and 1.5-2 up.

Iphone 3g averages 1-2 down 1 up. (I don't know why. Even on wifi it is slower than the two newer droids)

I was at south center mall near seattle and I went to every other carrier in the mall and told them if they had a phone that could beat mine in a speedtest I would switch carriers, needless to say I am still with verizon averaging 30-40 mbps in the mall and the best runner up was t-mobile at 8 lol. by the way, lte is by far not spotty in the west coast of washington, I was shocked when I can travil over a 100 miles of interstate 5 and not lose 4g the whole way
