Editing "Share" via list of applications

I'm wondering if anyone knows how to edit the number of applications that appear when one goes to "share" a picture, video, document, file, etc.

For example, if I go to a photo that I've taken, and click "Share", the following is the list I get:

AllShare
Bluetooth
Docs
eBuddy XMS
Email
Facebook
Gmail
Google+
Bb Learn
LiveProfile
Messaging
Photo Editor
Picasa
Send to BBC News
Twitter
Wi-Fi

Is there anyway to whittle that list down to, let's say:

Docs
eBuddy XMS
Gmail

?
