Slow data speed w/ iPhone 4s sim?

Anyone know why data speeds are slower using a iPhone 4s sim with an adapter and iPhone 4s data plan? I am just wondering if anyone is using different APN settings? The iPhone 4s is an HSPA+ plan so there shouldn't be an issue right? Anyone have any advice?

Also, you might need to get a different SIM card. I know whenever I got my HTC Inspire 4G, they gave me a different SIM card that allowed HSPA+ speeds. The one I had before didn't. If your speeds are still slow, I would to go an AT&T store and ask them if you need a new SIM.

I actually got a new MicroSim last week. Anyway, I'm thinking it might be due to the fact that I'm on an iPhone 4s plan.

I take that back, using a micro sim and iPhone 4s doesn't seem to be affecting my speeds as much as I thought.

UPDATE: I have come to the conclusion that the Galaxy S II will work completely fine with download speeds using the iPhone 4s MicroSim and data plan, but it will not do so hot with upload speeds.
