trying to get my rooted s2 to 4.0, help

I apologize ahead of time of this is a pretty remedial thing to do but i have an AT&T galaxy s2 and i rooted it a while back and I saw the other day how AT&T officially came out with 4.0 so I was wondering if someone could send me a link or something and some directions on how to give my already rooted s2, AT&T's 4.0 os. Also wondering if it will wipe out everything i have if i decide to do it and if it will, how can i back up everything so i can put it all back?
