Can't boot into bootloader?

I cannot get the boot loader to load, all I have to do is hold down the power and volume down buttons while it is powering up right?

I cannot speak strictly for your device, but on the other sammies I had, I held them until It either flashed twice, or went into the recovery/download mode. If you let go too soon, you will boot as normal

Once the first screen has flashed on, release the power button but continue to hold both volume buttons until you enter recovery.

i have china andorid moses s8+ (spreadtrum phone) my phones firmware is distrubed (i moved one runnig app from phone memmory to external memmory so my phone does not boots it shows android logo then restarts
i want to know how to get rid of this ,i tried to go to boot loader but i see an attition sign and phone and no other option .
and second (by vol up )i go to factory tests. any body tell my how to fix this
one thing more my phone does not have pc driver plz help
