Hello All,

I have been running into some speed issues when I am in Los Angles, CA (where I work). When I surf the web, stream, facebook, neflix, or even check the play store It will not connect and/or be very very very slow. This only happens during 8:30 am and 4:00pm. When I surf/stream before 8:30 am or after 5:30 pm ish, it goes back to decent hspa+ speeds.

I contacted AT&T, and they said that it could be because of the large buildings, but that would not account for it working before 8:30 am.

Is this a problem with my phone (the actual radio), or is it a problem with the AT&T's service in Los Angeles?

I am trying to decide if I need to warranty my phone, or if I should not. I am guessing that it would be a service issue, but I am looking for some advice.

I would guess that the towers are overloaded and the bandwidth is severely lacking during the day
