What Problems Should I Expect Upgrading from Jellybean to ICS

I'm still on 2.3.6 but I'm considering upgrading to ICS during my Christmas break. What kinds of things may present a problem? Apps not porting over? Settings not porting over? Will there be problems with contacts?, email settings?, apps not working? app settings? wifi settings? anything??
