    Yesterday I did a firmware update to my galaxy sii skyrocket. Before I did that, I had 4g. Now I do not. I called at&t. I was told my sim card is old and needed a new one. I went to an at&t store, and they said it was ok, but could not explain why I can't get 4g. I have an unlimited data plan. Can anyone help?

    Have you tried to update the PRL and Profile under Settings>About Device>Update Phone?
    I am not with AT&T, so you may/may not have these options.

    Try going to Settings > More Settings > Mobile Networks. Then, check to see if LTE/GSM/WCDMA is selected.
