OK, I've had my s3 for just over two months and I love it. When I purchased my phone I decided to get an otterbox defender case with the holster. Well after the first month I snapped my holster clip (my fault) and just about two weeks ago my silicone case began to stretch! It wasn't tight on the corners anymore. For protection, it still worked great but appearance wise it sucked. I filled out a warranty sheet even though I didn't save my receipt, sent them 2 pictures and I already got confirmation that my new silicone cover and holster was on its way!!! This is just a praise post on otterbox customer service!!!
