Android 4.1.1

The current OS for the sgs3 is android 4.1.1 JB. I wanna make my own rom but i need the system.img.ext4, cache.img.ext4, boot.img to begin because I am using android kitchen because I am a beginner. Where can I download these parts or where can I download the OS? I dont want a custom rom. I need the actual rom being used my samsung on my phone. Everytime I try searching for it the results are always custom roms so I can never find it. :'( :'( :'(

I cant find the rom. Thats the promblem. It only shows me custom roms made off of the 4.1.1 android

Make a back up of your own rom if thats what you're looking for.
What are you running? Stock touchwiz?

Then to get those files you listed above just go into your recovery(cwm) and make a backup of everything and use a file explorer or your pc to go into your files and there should be a folder called clockworkmod with the backup in there and those files in there.
